Jack Jaw manufactures Stake and Post Extractors. The patent pending jaw and lever mechanism allows you to pull stakes and posts straight up out of the ground or sub-grade without bending them, keeping your expensive stakes straight for hundreds of repeated uses.
Gripping Force
The gripping jaws of the JackJaw® extractor are made from case hardened AR400 steel that will last for thousands of pulls. When it is necessary, they are easily replaced in the field using common tools to install the new jaws.
Made to Last
JackJaw® Extractors are made from heavy gauge steel plate and tubing to withstand everyday job site use. Two holes in the 4″ by 8″ base plate allow you to attach it to a board for an even wider base for working in soft conditions. No paint to chip. JackJaw® has a clear zinc plating for lasting durability that will resist corrosion.
Mechanical Advantage
The JackJaw® 100 and 200 multiply force by 9 times. A 50 pound down force on the handle generates a massive 1050 pounds of gripping force and 450 pound upward breakout force on the stake. Need more force? Just push a little harder to get even the toughest pins or stakes out in one stroke.
